The first set of graphics shows how it works when the question is answered correctly. The second set of graphics shows how it works when the question is answered incorrectly.

If you still think that you’re answering it correctly, but it is marked incorrectly, I encourage you to recreate these screenshots for the question you’re working on. Despite trying multiple times, I have not been able to get the question to score the answer incorrectly.
