When you complete the performance-based questions, you’ll see that the questions you answered correctly are highlighted with a green box and the answers you answered incorrectly are highlighted with a red box (with the correct answer shown). Note that this does not show what you actually selected.

Example 1
As an example, imagine I answer the question correctly, like this:
When I complete the quiz, it shows the correct answers and marks the questions I answered correctly in green.
Imagine I answer them all incorrectly, like this:
When I complete the quiz, it shows the correct answers, but marks the ones I answered incorrectly in red like this.
Imagine I answer some of the elements correctly, and some of them incorrectly, like this:
When I complete the quiz, it shows the correct answers.
However, it marks the ones I answered correctly in green and the ones I answered incorrectly in red like this.
